Yes, to convert your ASX listed CDIs into common shares (that are tradeable on the TSXV), a CDI holder will need to:
- Complete and return the Register Removal Request (Australian Register to Canadian Register) form.
- For CDIs which are sponsored on the CHESS sub-register, your sponsoring broker will arrange for completion of the form on your behalf and its return to Computershare Australia.
Computershare will then issue to the former CDI holder a corresponding Direct Registration System (DRS) advice, or, on the request of the holder, deposit the common shares into their Canadian brokers account at the Canadian Depository for Securities (CDS) or other CDS participant as requested.
